Materials & Care
Our materials are sourced to the same standard used in the Hand & Lock atelier. Store threads and wires away from direct sunlight and damp. Metallic threads such as bullion and purl should be handled with clean, dry hands. A light coat of beeswax helps prevent fraying when stitching. Keep kits in their packaging until you begin your project.

Orders are dispatched from our London atelier, usually within 1–2 working days. UK and international delivery options are shown at checkout on handembroidery.com. Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 28 days of delivery. Please contact the atelier team to arrange a return.
